We want your celebration to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened gender reveal products. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, items such as smoke cannons and confetti poppers must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all safety seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our returns center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items to confirm they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
