When should I place my order to ensure it arrives before my party?
We recommend ordering at least 10-14 days before your event. While we offer expedited shipping options, this buffer allows for any carrier delays and gives you time to prepare your reveal setup.
Are your smoke cannons and powder products safe for the environment?
Yes, all our smoke cannons and powders are 100% biodegradable and non-toxic. They are designed to be used outdoors and will wash away with water or rain without staining the ground.
Can I order a 'Secret Reveal' if I don't know the gender yet?
Absolutely! You can have your doctor or a trusted friend email us the results with your order number, or you can purchase a 'Secret Pack' where the color is hidden by a discrete code on the packaging.
What is your return policy for reveal products?
Due to the one-time-use nature of our products, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or discharged cannons.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that certain pressurized items, like large smoke canisters, may have specific shipping restrictions depending on your location.
How do I know which product is blue and which is pink?
Each product features a discrete identification code or a removable sticker. We include a 'Key Card' in your package that explains how to identify the colors without spoiling the surprise for the parents-to-be.
